• It is willing to pay a 10% interest rate on monies used with all patents and patent applications being pledged as collateral;

• Or give that co-signer one and a half times what other Reg. D participants will get, were the co-signer to invest up to $125,000 in our soon to be forthcoming Reg. D offering. 

• Funds from the line will be used only to further increase the value of the firm.
